I'm Tommy. 

I played football in college and spent my early 20's snowboarding. If someone told me I'd get into yoga, meditation, and eventually become a men's coach, I'd have laughed. But my corporate career was the wrong fit and I knew it. I was losing my temper at home, and my health was going to shit.
