First step: Stop losing your temper.

You work hard, but you’re not exactly where you want to be.

And to get there, you need to be at peak productivity.

When you slip, you:

  • Lash out at your kids.
  • Argue with your wife.
  • Lose focus with too many balls in the air.
  • And wind up putting out fires all day.

Today's world requires more from guys than it ever has.

You need different skills than your dad had… And having a good coach in your corner has become the most effective tool a man can carry.

I help men choose the right goals so they know they’re doing the right thing with their time.

You’ll get on the same page with your wife, have more patience with your kids, and be more focussed at work.

You’ll have clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

Because things need to be good at home – with your wife, your kids, and yourself – before you can truly feel fulfilled.

"I view coaching the same as I view exercising.
Without my coaching with Tommy, I feel like I miss a step.
With it, I have my tune-up and he helps propel me toward success in all aspects of my life."

– Michael H., Founder and Managing Principal at Trevian Capital.

I'm Tommy.

I played football in college and spent my early 20's snowboarding. If someone told me I'd get into yoga, meditation, and eventually become a men's coach, I'd have laughed. But my corporate career was the wrong fit and I knew it. I was scattered, unfulfilled, and losing my temper at home.

Our problems shape who we become. Mine have led me to help executives, founders, and leaders maximize the time they have here.
