Hi, I'm Tommy
After nearly 5 years of coaching high-performing men, I believe the most productive thing a man can do is get on the same page with his wife. I believe balance is available to men when they cultivate the discipline to slow down, get organized, and commit to their priorities. And I believe that when guys nurture their relationships – with their kids, wife, friends, family, co-workers – they're open to hit their peak potential and fulfillment.

HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
First, set up a strategy session HERE.
We meet on Zoom for 50 minutes, three times a month, for four months. You have full access to me in between sessions for support and accountability.

- Develop a clear vision.
- Hone in your priorities and values so you know you’re doing the right thing with your time.
- Manage distractions and end procrastination.
- Eliminate people-pleasing behavior, delegate, and develop clear boundaries for yourself and others.
Relationships:
- Understand your anger and stop losing your temper with your kids.
- Develop emotional awareness so you can communicate clearly and effectively. The most productive thing you can do is get on the same page with your wife.
- Release the desire to make other people “like” you and live more authentically.
Personal Energy:
- Find new ways to unplug that don’t involve your phone, alcohol, or TV.
- Learn the lost skill of slowing… down… so you can access your intuition.
- Understand when you’re the best version of yourself, and do more of that.
- Stay on top of your diet, exercise, and sleep.
